The number one predictor of our ability to cope with life's hardest challenges is the quality of our support system. For the last 10 years, I have been grateful to have been trusted to assist my clients through some of the most difficult passages of their lives as they worked to understand themselves, accept difficult realities, and commit to growth and positive change.
I believe that the most important thing we can do with life is live it intentionally. We cannot always control what life throws our way, but we can always choose how we will respond to it. Sometimes this requires having the right space, and the right person, to help us assess where we are, reflect on how we got there, and determine where to go next.
Services
Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are available for adults age 18 and older for a wide range of issues. These are typically one hour, one-on-one sessions. I do not provide couples counseling or family therapy.
In-person
Face-to-face services are available for clients in the Marietta, Ohio area and are encouraged, if possible, for the first session. In-person tends to aid in the quicker development of a therapeutic relationship for many clients.
Virtual Visits
Virtual visits are a great option for clients either living outside of the Marietta area or those with busy schedules. They are available to anyone so long as they are in the state of Ohio at the time the services are provided.

Out of Network Provider
If your health insurance is not listed, there may still be options for reimbursement. Clients with out-of-network insurance are encouraged to check with their insurance to see how much, if any, is covered for out-of-network providers. Typically, clients will pay the self-pay rate, receive a "superbill" (reciept), and submit this to their insurance for reimbursement.
